We support communities in Melbourne through a number of diverse innovative initiatives including school based mentoring, after-school and school holiday program activities. Our programs foster deep connection, cultural exchange, capacity building and belonging for youth and families.
Fostering ConnectionsÂ
We bring diverse community youth together by providing engaging programs that foster belonging and mentorship. This includes Mentoring Pathways, a school-based program for 12–18 year old that uses vision-mapping, character-building and mentoring to help them understand their identity and set goals.
